Mithrax crabs are found in green and red. The TBS farm has only red mithrax crabs.

Rubies vary in size from 1" - 3".

Note their blunt claws, perfect for scraping bits of algae off rock. They tend to hang out under rocks hidden from predators. Rubies will eat bubble and hair algae. They may sample fish food. Only hungry very large adult rubies may sample coral polyps.

Stable parameters and good water quality will keep them alive for many years. These crabs do well in groups and add diversity to a clean-up crew.

Local Pickups - Rock'n with Locals in Tampa.

Air cargo orders are ready for airport pickup on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. UPS orders arrive to your door on Tuesdays and Saturday is best for local pick up.

For safety's sake, we require confirmation of arrival details before shipping live products. We will text or email you to confirm the estimated arrival date.

Weather conditions on harvest days and/or shipping days may cause a delay. We appreciate your flexibility.

Tracking information is sent AFTER boxes have been checked in at Tampa International Airport or Treasure Chests handed to UPS. It is your responsibility to pick up boxes from the airport and to be home for UPS delivery.
