It all starts with a great product, TBS Live Rock.  We go to great lengths to provide you with the freshest products by harvesting specifically for YOU.  Alive from ocean floor to your door.

  3. Local Pickups - Rock'n with Locals in Tampa.

Air cargo orders are ready for airport pickup on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. UPS orders arrive to your door on Tuesdays and Saturday is best for local pick up.

For safety's sake, we require confirmation of arrival details before shipping live products. We will text or email you to confirm the estimated arrival date.

Weather conditions on harvest days and/or shipping days may cause a delay. We appreciate your flexibility.

Tracking information is sent AFTER boxes have been checked in at Tampa International Airport or Treasure Chests handed to UPS.  It is your responsibility to pick up boxes from the airport and to be home for UPS delivery.

WooHoo, it is the BIG day!  Are you ready to get your hands wet?  Have you perused the Instruction guide located on the website?  Put on some gloves and crack open the box.  Ocean grown TBS products are waiting!

The same care we put into harvesting goes into packing.

It all starts with proper packing and packaging.

Live Rock is always shipped submerged. We source quality insulated shipping boxes and heavy-duty buckets, use custom manufactured leak resistant bags, top off with pure oxygen and a popping good surprise too. Cold or heat packs are used as needed.

That’s not all there is to thoughtful handling, in many cases, your order is packaged the SAME day you receive it! Yepper, sharks nor the wee hours will deter us from doing our best to provide customers with fresh live rock

UPS for smalls... Rock'n Brown Trucks!

UPS Treasure Chests hold small amounts that ship Next Day Air Saver to your door.  Flat rate shipping costs $75 or $58 depending on box size.  *We highly recommend shipping via air cargo for cost savings and less transit time. 

Air Cargo is how we roll… Rock’n the Skies!

Air Cargo is the fastest, safest and least expensive way to move fresh harvested Live Rock.  We fly product to airports across the lower 48 states. Rates average $1.25 to $1.35 per pound of shippable weight (product & natural saltwater).   $80 is the minim rate.  Email us for a quote.

We go to great effort to ensure our products are fresh and in good health when shipped.  If your order was excessively delayed during shipment or the box is leaking, let us know, and don’t fret.  Live Rock is just fine 99% of the time.  Take a photo of the rock inside the shipping box.  Place the live rock into the aquarium and take another photo.  In the very rare event of a DOA, our policy is to issue store credit, this does not include UPS or Air Cargo shipping costs.  We do not issue refunds for DOA.  We do not reimburse cargo or UPS fees under any circumstances.  You must notify us via email containing photos of DOA within 4 hours of delivery.

If you place an order and cancel it, we will refund the total less PayPal service fees. 

We are not responsible for orders neglected at your doorstep or left at air cargo.  There are no refunds for orders abandoned at cargo hubs. Once the order leaves TPA, it is your responsibility.  Air fare for abandoned orders is your responsibility. 

We are not responsible for errors in acclimation or general care such as water flow, chemistry or temperature. We are not responsible for your actions such as curing TBS rock (that doesn’t need curing) or dipping TBS rock (in chemicals, high salinity, fresh water).  We are not responsible if you have a non-functioning life support system upon arrival of TBS products. We do our best to inform customers the correct usage for ocean sand and rock.  We are not responsible for your purchase decisions or actions after receipt of our products.

Charge backs for the entire shipment including shipping are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud. DOA credit will depend on pictures of the expired product upon arrival in the box and pictures in your functioning aquarium.  We will require rock be sent back to us.
