It all starts with a great product,TBS Live Rock.  We go to great lengths to provide you with the freshest products by harvesting specifically for YOU.  Alive from ocean floor to your door. 

PAYMENT & PROCESS

Head to the shopping cart. Secure your ROCK by selecting an arrival date from the cart calendar and finalize the order using PayPal, ShopPay or Venmo.  Placing an order adds your specific products to the harvest schedule.

Have questions or requests? Email us, it provides a detailed record so we’re on the same page before the anchor drops.

DELIVERY METHODS

  1. Air Cargo - Rock'n the Skies to an airport near you. Air cargo shipping is paid later. Email us for a quote, it is cheaper and easier than you imagined.
  2. UPS Treasure Chests...Rock'n Brown Trucks to your door. UPS orders travel next day flat rate, pricing will be calculated in the cart.
  3. Local Pickups - Rock'n Tampa. We meet locals at the TBS warehouse. The warehouse is not open for retail sales nor tours. Your order will be delivered to your vehicle. Saturdays works best for our schedule.

TRACKING & SHIPPING & SAFETY

To ensure safety, we REQUIRE confirmation of arrival details prior to shipping LIVE products. It is very important to monitor your emails and reply. No confirmation, no shipping.

Weather conditions on harvest days and/or shipping days may cause a delay. We appreciate your flexibility.

Tracking information is sent AFTER boxes have been checked in at Tampa International Airport or Treasure Chests handed to UPS.  It is your responsibility to pick up boxes from the airport and to be home for UPS delivery.
