Neither toothy predators nor hard work stop us from delivering freshly harvested Live Rock to passionate reef keepers nationwide. Your order will be kept fully submerged throughout its journeys and packaged with great care.

Carrier and Flights. Whether it be Southwest, Delta or United; fight selections depend on a scheduling matrix. We choose the earliest flights with the shortest duration.
Confirmation of arrival. Flight details - date, eta, airport - will be emailed the week prior to shipping. Please monitor your email for this important information. Confirmation of these details is required 48 hours prior to check in. If you need to reschedule at that time, no problem.
Tracking Information. Will be sent AFTER checking in at TPA. It is your responsibility to monitor the flight. Please keep an eye on tracking before heading to the airport.
Air Cargo Pick up. Pick up anytime the cargo office is open – no need to be there when the plane lands.
Flight Payment. This differs according to carrier. Southwest and United flights are paid for when you pick up. Delta flights are paid for in advance. If you’d like an estimate, reach out to us.
Ocean Farmed Products. Require a functioning aquarium on arrival. Please do not cure, dip, or rinse.
