Bryozoa

Looks like a fine brown macroalgae, but look closer at tiny filter feeders. Bryozoa are common in the cool water temps of the winter months. They like medium light, good flow and a well fed tank.

Hydroids

Delicate looking stalks with miniature pale filters attached to the live rock could be a type of hydroid. Some say they sting corals, others say they spread like a rash, but connoisseurs find them unique. Hydroids are filter feeders, so phyto, oyster feast, will keep them looking good. Or, you may choose to remove them.

Shrimp – Mantis

TBS Founder, "Mantis Shrimp are one of the most colorful and interesting of all the "characters" of the reef. But, its diet consists of crustaceans, worms, fish and even mollusks, smashing their shells open with its powerful front claws. They are curious animals, and will emerge slightly from their hiding place under rocks or coral heads. They scurry quickly about in search of prey, using their independently moving compound eyes on long stalks to get a panoramic view of their surroundings.  Don't place a finger too close to these attractive creatures, since one smash from the pointy claws could easily...
